Terms of Service

Clear terms, no surprises.

These terms govern our working relationship. Every project starts with a custom proposal that details scope, timeline, and payment structure.

Scope of services

Forever Frameworks provides custom website and software development services, including:

  • Strategy and planning
  • UI/UX design and prototyping
  • Frontend and backend development
  • Quality assurance and testing
  • Deployment and launch support
  • Documentation and training

Every project begins with a written proposal that defines deliverables, milestones, timeline, and pricing.

Payment terms

Projects typically follow this payment structure:

  • 50% deposit — due before work begins
  • Milestone payments — for larger projects, scheduled at agreed checkpoints
  • Final payment — due upon delivery of final deliverables

Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. Late payments may result in work pauses until the account is current.

Revisions and change requests

Each project proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds (typically 2–3 rounds per phase). Additional revisions or out-of-scope changes are billed at our standard hourly rate.

We encourage open communication during development to ensure alignment before revisions are needed.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of final payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project, including:

  • Custom design files
  • Source code
  • Documentation

We retain ownership of our general processes, methodologies, and any pre-existing code or components used across multiple projects. You receive a license to use these as part of your final deliverable.

Timeline and delays

We provide estimated timelines in every proposal and make every effort to meet them. Delays caused by client review time, feedback cycles, or unavailability of required materials may extend the timeline.

If a project is paused or delayed for more than 30 days due to client inactivity, we reserve the right to close the project or renegotiate the timeline.

Cancellation and refunds

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Completed work up to the cancellation date is billable and non-refundable.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any remaining funds for incomplete milestones will be refunded.

Warranties and guarantees

We guarantee that all deliverables will be free from defects in workmanship for 30 days after final delivery. We will correct any issues reported during this period at no additional cost.

We do not guarantee compatibility with future third-party platform updates, browser changes, or technology shifts beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of operation. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
